"Excellent hotel! We were here for club sports event and I am pretty sure it was sold out. However, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, it was very clean, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tge kids had plenty to do between playing in the bay, volleyball, playing in the sand, and numerous places to eat within walking distance. The room was very modern, spacious, has a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself...

"My Mother was having open heart surgery the day after we checked in. The Staff that was on duty were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had every thing we needed. The even changed the sheets so she could come back to fresh sheets, got her ice. "

"Great stay over, but hotel overcharged us. I booked two rooms and they charged us for 3. Asked for refund and was told 3-5 days. Did not receive credit on bill after 7 days and called again. I was told by front desk in Traverse City. ( Hanna or Anna ) she talked very fast it would be 4-10 days for refund. Dissatisfied with speed of their mistake and my credit of $166.47. "

"Well kept hotel right off the water. Can walk across the street to the beach without paying beachside prices. The only negative was the room sizes were tiny, it was crowded with just the 3 of us. "
