"Everything and everyone was courteous and helpful except for losing my keys to my car at the valet!!!!! Valet was way too busy and a lot of confusion. I needed to be home by noon to 1 pm and didn’t arrive back to Lancaster OH until 3:45. I feel that I should have been compensated somehow!!"

"So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315 "

"The hotel was great! 5 minute walk to the Taft theater. Valet parking was a plus. Karen checked us in and she was super friendly and helpful. Very quiet and clean room. Highly recommended staying here. Also a restaurant in the lobby. "
