“Nice place to stay”

“공항이랑 가까워서 너무 좋았어요”

“Helpful staff”

“Clearly an older facility. Confusing layout. Nothing terrible about it, but nothing outstanding either.”

“Pool is super fun for the kids and the hot tub was just right for us. The staff were so helpful, accommodating everything we needed.”

“The staff are very professional. Room was very clean. Food was good. Our checkin was for 4 o'clock but we waited just over an hour to get checked in because room wasn't ready. That was a bit of a drag. Everything else was awesome. Great pool and waterside.”

“Everything is awesome. Only my concern is the price of room per night is little bit expensive.”

“The Norwood has a brand new hotel feel. I especially like the fact that it had a window in the room that could be opened - a rarity in modern hotels. The bar and restaurant were also both excellent.”

“I enjoyed how clean they keep their pool. The gym is wonderful and they are good about not letting kids mess around in there”

“For the price nothing special. Average and getting dated in areas. Front desk was bland and unfriendly at check-in. Also forgot my wakeup call. Next morning did not get the shuttle to the airport as driver did not show up, despite being on the list for the pre-booking. The front desk (different person) was apologetic and provided a taxi with a voucher. Customer service needs to be improved sorry. Security also inattentive 6 of them standing around front desk talking and looking at their phones.....
