“The resort is beautiful on the outside. The beach was spotless with no seaweed and the color was turquoise. It was see through! Issues: they make you sign a “Non-Responsible for theft from the room and safe box” we were scared to get robbed at that point. “El staff bastante atento , el área de la piscina y los jardines bastante bien cuidados, las bebidas del hotel son bastante básicas y las comidas no son las mejores , recomiendo el restaurante para cenar Mexicano (Tiki Tako). La habitación que me tocó tenía un problema, tenía olor a humedad , el baño se inunda de agua. ”

“Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...

“The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, banks, etc. The staff is lovely, super friendly and helpful. One of the biggest assets they have, in my opinion, is that their pool is open 24/7, that was a plus for my family and I. The pool is also the most perfect depth, temperature and size. The highlight of our stay was our waiter Kiuston and his crew, him and his team really made us feel like family. We looked forward to spending time by the pool...

“I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel.”

“Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again.”
