"My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. "

"Love this place.. rooms in chalet can use renovation. Water leaks on the floor due to poor placement of air conditioner, fridge is really old and non functional. Staff are fantastic always are helpful and one of the reason I am generous to them. We received top-notch customer service from the staff. Staff went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. We were impressed by the outstanding customer service offered by them whether you are in the lobby, buffet/ breakfast place, spa...

"Accomodating staff."

"Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again. "
