"The staff "

"The hotel was great for the price. It's nothing fancy but everything worked super well. The front desk staff were extra friendly, the housekeepers a little less but not enough to bother us. The breakfast was decent and the location amazing!! Booking it again next time I go to Rio! "

"Location is amazing, preferred to park the car next door and use Uber for everything, traffic in Rio can be very confusing and not very pleasant to deal with. Hotel has a deal with the car park, very handy. Room need a little update but overall, a good stay. "

"Rather spartan but clean. Very difficult to get proper temperature. Room was a bit too warm but became too cold with the air conditioner. A bit of noise from corridor. I was not forewarned that I would need to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to the hotel and there was no signage. After asking two people in the terminal, I finally learnt where to catch the shuttle. Better information would have been welcome."

"The fact that the room was tiny would have been ok, even the regular shower head installed like a rain one that was spraying everywhere with no spece to adjust the water without getting a cold one. But, no dryer, really? How much space or increase in "budget" would have been taking? Also, my reservation was clearly for 3 persons but the room assigned was made for 2. The bunk bed had no pillow or blankets or at least provided as part of the check in and not for you to discover whe you go to bed...

"I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff"

"It's a cheap option and showed. Bedding and towels were clean, bed was comfortable. Lift erratic and dirty, floor in room dirty, breakfast is ok if you like watered down yogurt and juice. AC barely worked. Next to a Metro station, easy walk to beach. "
