"Lovely quirky old hotel but bathroom layout poor, could do with removing bath and putting a shower only, it would be much safer. Reception lady at 2pm was very abrupt and just said “check in not till 3” we only wanted to let her know we had parked in the patrons only car park. Breakfast staff and checking out lady, lovely."

"This is a GEM of a B&B! It’s tucked away in the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountains, and is an absolute slice of heaven. The mansion is truly beautiful, and has been renovated with an eye for design and careful respect of its past. The antique furnishings were so perfectly chosen for each room, and the bathrooms were modern and classy. "For three of us on a ride out into North Wales the Mount is a great starting point. Its the second we stayed there. The staff are great and we had a good night in the pub drinking until last orders. Nice food in the evening and breakfast the following day. The price for the stay is fantastic. We will probably stay here again another day. "

"The chap on reception (might be the manager) was very friendly and helpful. Although there are narrow corridors, the hotel overall is not grim, and "feels" pleasant. It is certainly clean, which for an old building with the usual plaster cracks is some achievement. Getting a parking space is always a bit of a gamble that end of Aber.
