"We decided to stay here on our drive back up to WA. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk for check in. Everything went smoothly and they offered my daughter and I a free drink which was a nice touch. The building itself, and property, were very well maintained. The room itself was quite large and actually perfect if you have a dog with you as you could easily put the dog in the extra space that can be closed off from the bedroom. Same is true if you have a small...

"This establishment does everything right!! The design, aesthetics and caring service are all top notch. The staff is super friendly and communicated with me by text before, during and after my visit to ensure I was welcome, pleased and taking away a good memory….and the king bed was very comfortable…..there is a way cool outdoor gathering area, too, w turquoise Adirondack chairs and an open flame fireplace. Way to go!! 😁 😎"

"People were very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure our room adhered to my accommodating request. The room appeared clean and orderly except for the bathroom sink. It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was...

"The room they assigned us to was not clean. They moved us to another room and assisted us in the move. We placed our drinks in the refrigerator and when we returned several hours later our drinks were warm. We called for maintenance and they never came. We pulled the fridge out and it was not plugged in, nor was the coffeemaker."

"Charming and well maintained property. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: atmosphere, clean rooms, proximity to dining and coffee shops, cute property. Cons: a little noisy (wore earplugs), breakfast grab bag could be improved. The staff were helpful and friendly."

"Love this new hotel! Second time staying here in the last few months! Great beds, shower is amazing..gotta say something with it..possibly a water softener..makes my hair so soft! My 14 yo son even noticed his hair too! Staff is great. Food is good, Very nice hotel! Definitely our favorite in Redding!"
