"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"

"The first room was good size .unfortunately the shower floor was not a none slip finish within 2 seconds i had slipped bumped head and elbow .the hotel staff were brilliant as it was very late at night they took me to the hospital and picked me up .they upgraded my room to a better shower and provided bath mats .they have nurses 24 7 at the hotel and twice a day they dressed my wounds professionally. Logistics is/was important to me and the hotel is right across the UST hospital which has access to the university, and is in the heart of Manila. 5-minute jeepney ride to SM San Lazaro.
