“There was nothing I liked about this visit. The room was dingy and the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I will be calling the hotel later to speak a manager about my awful experience. The front desk staff don't seem to know what they're doing and also are incredibly rude. How are you going to incomptent AND rude? Pick a struggle. “The only thing that works well on this hotel was the air conditioning, we booked two rooms; when we arrived the room was clean, but the fridge was very dirty. The hallways were so dirty as well and poor lighting; there was only one elevator for the whole hotel, you have to wait so long for it. and the pool area do not have ventilator it's more like a sauna and the chemical smell is so strong, no ventilate air inside also don't trust on the pictures because the pool is so small as well.
