"Brilliant location close to the Roman Arena, very comfortable bed and exceptional staff who were very kind, patient and helpful when I had a minor medical emergency. A narrow shower fitted in the corner was a bit of a squash - only around 40cm front to back!!! Though wide as the bathroom. (Would have preferred bigger shower and no bidet). No breakfast available for early check-out before 7.30am but they kindly got me fresh coffee. And looked after my bags when I arrived before check-in so I...
