"Overall pretty good. Nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Great location with Bourke street close by and lots of food options and coffee bars. Would recommend. "

"Had an amazing customer service experience after explaining my first room wasn’t cleaned properly, the receptionist immediately sent me to another room which was perfect. Clean and freshly. Made my three day footy trip worthwhile."

"For the price I can't really complain, however no power outlet next to the bed is annoying. No toilet brush. Airconditioner front panel filthy dirty, shower extraction fan dirty. No blanket in room. Noisy traffic particularly a lot of Police sirens throughout the night. The Brunswick Tower Hotel for the same price was much better. The only reason I chose the Ibis was because of local prices, and much nearer to Epping."

"The one thing I didn’t like they charge for the parking per day, which means extra cost. People don’t like that."

"Value wise, you get what you pay for. Carpets were stained as were curtains. Showers had no pressure and took a long time for hot water to arrive. Room was comfortable and had all you need. But for foodies location makes up for all this"

"Just a quick overnight stay. Tiny room, but the bed was comfortable, the tv was big, the water pressure was strong and I had a good view. It’s close to the 86 tram and other transport too. Staff are friendly and helpful. 24hr gym. Small restaurant and an outdoor pool (seasonal). Be aware with this category of room though, that there is no kitchenette area and thus, no cups, plates, bowls, glasses or utensils. I didn’t realise, so I had to knick out and buy some disposable stuff for the snacks...

"Not much English in the neighbourhood but I was there on long weekend evening and everything was shut. The property though was very safe and sound."

"Good price and value (approx $110 per night) for a short stay in the city. I stayed 4 nights, in small studio #209. Could hear street noise on Saturday night in the wee hours, which was a little unsettling, but out of control of hotel, of course. Good hot shower, with shaving gel dispenser as well as shampoo and conditioner. Reverse cycle aircon in room was good for heating. Stayed May 2024. Would repeat. "

"Great place to stay for a family. We were a family with 2 kids and a baby in a cot, all provided. Worked very well. It was interesting that there was a full kitchen in the unit but no crockery, pots and pans, etc. Not even a knife. To be fair this was not advertised. It would have been very handy, especially if we had stayed for longer. Overall would thoroughly recommend!"
