"Room was clean and breakfast was fantastic "

"Front counter staff at arrival (2pm) seemed tired and uninterested and the smell of dog urine and visible signs on the entrance steps weren’t pleasant However the inside of the hotel was clean, fresh and easy to navigate Housekeeping was 5 star-our beds were comfy-always important! we stayed 2 nights price was reasonable if you are a wheelchair user I would recommend the hotel The early morning staff at checkout gave away smiles for free "

"The room is old and smells like old wet furniture. I must I still did not mind as we were out most of the times and staff at reception were really good and helpful. However, on our last day, we spotted a rat coming out near the fridge in the midnight, this was spotted by my partner and she was extremely scared and disgusted, as we had our clothes placed in the cabinet near the fridge. We did not go to report immediately as it was too late and we were very tired and were checking out at 11 in the morning. I have reported this to the reception while checking out, he was kind enough to acknowledge my concern and even provide a carpark waiver, however, I feel this incident has made us feel so disgusted and it shouldn’t happen on a holiday."

"Bed was a hard nights sleep. Ask for firm pillows. Apart from that it was lovely. Room was lovely. Quiet."

"Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Yellow stains on all quilts. Shower water don’t drain well. Broken toilet flush button. Reported to the receptionist as well. "

"The room we booked for 3 nights was a bit basic and felt a bit grumpy to be honest . It did have a decent sized fridge and top freezer ( needs de- icing ) and a microwave but cutlery and cooking essentials were lacking so luckily we hadn't planned to eat in much . Front reception is much more up-to-date and nicely decorated and staff are friendly. Laundry is a separate room beside the gym and pool . Note pool is fully enclosed with no windows . There is a charge to use the washer & dryer so make sure to have changed as no cards accepted. Good location for getting around . Note room windows don't open . "
