Bamboo Island 4 Stars Hotels

"Il aura fallu que j'attendes mes 40 ans et des centaines d'hôtels dans ma vie pour voir ça. Mesdames et messieurs, voici la seul hitel au monde , batie en tour de 30 etages qui vous offre ..... une chambre sans fenêtre ni aeration. Quand au service.... nattendez rien d'eux, ils sont 15 serveuds pour 10 clients et ils oublient votre commande ( 3 fois en 3 jours ) des champions du monde ! Quand au quartier de l'hotel.... je ne peux que vous laisser des photos car difficilement explicable, si cz...

"Amazing location and great place to stay. The staff were incredibly helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and with a few minor changes would be an excellent place and highly recommend to everyone. The only minor squiggles where the fact the pool was out of action for one of our two main days we were there which was disappointing, noisy building work going on right by the pool area when you’re trying to relax and the fact they charge high prices without really providing the expected service to match. "

"Koh Rong Sanloem is an amazing island - beautiful and chilled out. Sara Resort is located near to other restaurants etc in Saracen Bay. The resort staff were super friendly. Prices in the restaurant were more expensive than other local eating places, but the food was good. The pool and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers. We had a budget AC room. Shower was good and air conditioning was ok. Mattress was super firm though, which meant uncomfortable nights sleep - they could do with...

"The property is not maintained and is in the centre of a building site. You should not have it as a hotel on your site until the building work is complete. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. You should not be offering this property to your clients at this stage."

"This place is so disappointing, dirty and disgusting. Both the hotel and surrounding area are unfinished and unfit for paying guests at this time. The pool wasn’t ready, the sun beds hadn’t arrived from China, the lifts were broken so we had to trek through the building site to use the filthy dirty service elevator with the dirty washing and building materials that were being moved around. This place simply should not be open at this time. I am In the process of claiming back a full refund....

"The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "
