"The stay was comfortable. Reception and breakfast staff were superb. Housekeeping could be better. They knocked to clean our room before we went out for breakfast. We told them we will be out in 10 minutes. Indeed we were. We were down to breakfast only to come back to our room undone. We took a nap had a do not disturb before we went out. Went out after lunch time. Came back later still our room was not done. That was the only downside of our stay. "

"It’s an older hotel, with rooms in need of an update, The furniture on our room was awkwardly placed that I had to move the dresser out of the way, The breakfast however was wonderful, made to order and included in nightly cost, Music from bar upstairs was heard in the room 2 floors down, thank fully it stoped playing at 9 or 10. "

"A nice place, close to V&A. The only annoying thing is you have to get an Uber to and from, as it’s not good to walk around here. "

Very well situated for a first time visitor, the hop on/off bus was only a five minutes walk! There is also a huge security presence all over so I felt very safe everywhere. "
