"The rooms on floors below lobby level are pathetic. The walls had fungus and were moist - water was seeping on all walls. After long debate, they gave us our booked room types on 7th and 8th floor (above lobby level). "

"It was an excellent hotel located in the outskirts of Munnar. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. We had many choices for the complementary breakfast. Dinner and lunch options were reasonably priced. Good complementary activities were available. Next time I will definitely go for a longer stay."

The tradeoff for the absolutely amazing views is that you're way up a really rough road with nothing else around (but I thought it was well worth it, and it was easy to get a rickshaw).
