Indianapolis 4 Stars Hotels

"Our state could not have been better. We made the trip to Indianapolis because of a doctors appointment. We are elderly and have some difficulties with mobility. These were accommodated well. We were quickly greeted by valet staff and check in staff. They quickly got us our room two hours early and made the concierge services available to us. Our appointment the next day was not until 2 PM at the VA. Staff graciously allowed us to stay in the room until 1 PM without any extra charge. They...

"We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. I was surprised not find a small convience shop; Unless i missed it or it is part of the renovations. JWS"

"Great place and location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would be a 5 star if they didn’t close their awesome rooftop pool and area at 9 pm. Also the parking garage was under construction as of (6/03/2024) and there is no parking unless you pay the valet, which I think was $45 for 2 days. "

"Beautiful clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay here while we attended a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was nice to be away from the crowds and a calmer area. The only thing we experienced was a mistake on checkout. We were on the house keepings list as checked out. We were asleep and they attempted to assess our room with a key card. "Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "
