"Its my 1st time traveling in Nigeria. I got the chance to experience the local food. Coconut rice is definitely better outside Radisson. Service was exceptional here. Server, waitress, housekeeper doing a great job without expecting anything in return. Unlike some area like warri, every service they provide, they wait for you to tip them. Maybe bathrooms need to be updated. But overall, our stay was memorable here. "

"I love this hotel. The staff is courteous, the food is good and their rooms and bathrooms always clean. The breakfast is standard and offers a lot of options. A good place to check in even late at night, they fixed us a fantastic diner at 1am and always with a welcoming smile. "

"Really beautiful hotel! Great team there to take care of you. Caution them to be careful to take good care of things on there. My room had a broken door extra lock thing at the top. Also things that seem to have been broken and hasn't been replaced. Maybe also help set the AC so it blows cold enough. Also reduce the music playing in the hallways. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hear it in my room. Special kudos for the extra care to customer service and giving Internet TV options...

"Wonderful! This hotel was our home away from home. Everyone in the staff made us feel like we were family. When we would leave, someone was always at the door to greet us when we got back. "Second time here and enjoyed my stay each time. Staff are superb and location was central to all my business locations. The only negative was recurrent power failures though restored within minutes. "

"We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. "I usually book an Airbnb when I visit but this time I opted for a hotel because of a terrible Airbnb experience. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was I did not find out until I checked out that breakfast was included in my stay since I booked the executive room! Staff should inform people when they check in and that pissed me off"
