"The best in Philly, I have stayed here at least 4 times and I will certainly be back. The staff is super nice and helpful, they always greet me and remember me from previous stays. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and safe. There’s anything you need in the area, walking distance to museums and delicious pizza, as a New Yorker I care about those things. I love this hotel."

"The location is perfect but expect traffic congestion to make navigating the entrance for valet parking. The staff were attentive and polite. The checkout system via the TV was not working and the billed charges were incorrect so I had to check out at the desk. Unfortunately, I did have time to use the amenities. Good value."

"A beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. The spa is wonderful however if you’re a full figure person there are no robes for you. Was extremely disappointed I couldn’t relax after my massage."

"Everything was good. The gym is much better than most hotel gyms. We just had one slight glitch when housekeeping didn’t replace the soiled towel I left on the floor. I called down and got extra towels promptly so not really a complaint. It would be nice if coffee and tea were left out all day."

"Parking garage right next to hotel, check in was easy and the service was outstanding. Our room (high floor) wasn't a jaw dropping view, but the room was spacious with a large corner window. All staff were courteous and helpful, only negative was the hotel bar. Drinks were made incorrectly or not made as ordered, but service was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for a wedding and loved how close the property was to Penn’s Landing and Old City. The staff were very friendly and the spacious bar was a great area for guests to gather after the wedding!"

"Easy check in, clean room and fair rate "

"It was our anniversary, 37 years, and the front desk staff could not have been nicer. We were treated like we were the only guests in the hotel, not an easy task as we were told there were 4 weddings happening there during our weekend get-away. We had a wonderful time and we will tell our friends that Kimpton Monaco is the place to go. Thank you."

"Very nice property in a good location. Enjoyed fresh bagels and coffee all around us. About 15 mins away from the sports parks, but perfect for downtown events."
