"Hotel is clean, in good location, on bus routes and walking distance to old town , beautiful surroundings, quiet area. It is very convenient to have a pool with thermal water, hot tub and sauna in hotel. Food is delicious, great variety and different from day to day."

"An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Annaberg. The staff was very helpful to assist with recommendations on what to do and where to eat."

"Way up a hill far away from the main areas. Mostly Russian guests, with service catering to them and little English spoken. Check in took forever and check out is at 10 am, unforgivable. Breakfast was nasty but the cafe server was very hospitable and housekeeping was fine. "

"New hotel with nice interior and balconies. Bit far from town so need to take taxi as no restaurantonly breakfast which has all you need. They do have bar food but the town has lots of restaurants so better to enjoy the city"

"The Property is well maintained and we had a very large room with a balcony and beautiful view. The breakfast was extensive and well prepared. The highlight of the trip was the reception staff who checked us in. He was by far the most hospitable, kind helpful and welcoming person I've ever met in all my travels.
