"I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."

"Travelled solo to Ottawa and stayed at Le Germain. They were accommodating of my late check-in and late check-out requests. The radio was playing when I entered the room, which was a nice touch that helped make the space feel welcoming. Ate at the breakfast buffet the next morning. Overall great experience, clean and safe environment. Would definitely go back!"
