"This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops...

"There is a lot of stairs to climb and its not suitable for elderly people , the view from the rooms are great , they have a free shutle bus to the mall and beach till 5pm . There is not a return bus you have to get a taxi "

"My wife and I really enjoyed it here and would absolutely stay again. The hotel missed out on 5 stars due to the buffet breakfast being pretty average. 1 thing I found frustrating was their ‘all you can eat & drink’ evening buffet offer. Food was pretty good, however there is a 1 drink per person at a time rule; I have no issue with this, apart from the size of the glass - I was getting my beer in glasses smaller than half a pint (I’d guess 200ml?).
