“Hôtel remarquable largement un 4 étoiles "plus" Propreté, calme, chambre spacieuse, confortable Personnel accueillant disponible juste un bémol si non tout serait parfait la climatisation automatique des chambres trop chaude un bon demi degré en moins serait plus confortable climatisation impossible à régler mineur : attention certains téléviseurs peuvent être défaillant .. le Pc dans l'entrée n’est pas connecté ”

“Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. ”

“Une arrivée sous un déluge de grêlons... mais bon, désagrément vite oublié après avoir decouvert notre chambre avec balcon donnant sur la forêt et le tarn. Un personnel souriant, aimable et qui fait tout pour nous être agréable, quant au chef ... bravo ! Tout etait parfait du début à la fin, succulent ! Merci a tous”
