"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un séjour exceptionnel et un service remarquable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Marina Atlântico ! Arrivés dès 7 h 30 après notre vol, alors que l'enregistrement était prévu à 15 h, le personnel nous a gentiment permis de profiter du spa et de la piscine pour récupérer du décalage horaire. Une attention très appréciée ! Je tiens particulièrement à souligner l'excellent service de Sonia, à la réception, et de Daniel. Deux personnes extraordinaires, serviables, attentionnées et à l'écoute, qui nous ont fait sentir presque comme chez nous. Sincèrement, à eux deux seulement, je donnerais déjà 5 étoiles à cet hôtel ! Notre chambre était magnifique, confortable, avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. Nous avons même eu la belle surprise de recevoir des fruits directement à notre chambre ! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un service humain et des attentions qui font toute la différence. Un immense merci à Sonia, Daniel et toute l'équipe ! Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j'y retournerais avec grand plaisir ! ❤️"

"Firstly, I must say that the staff at the VIP Executive Azores Hotel is by far the most professional, helpful and friendly staff we've ever interacted with. The service throughout our stay was exemplary. Our deepest thanks goes to restaurant staff Hugo, Paulo, Erica and Elizaura. Enrique at the reception desk was always helpful and ready to hear about our day. The hotel is perfectly situated to the City Centre, the harbour, the pineapple plantation and the botanical gardens. The restaurant meals were fantastic, from the breakfast and dinner buffets to the sit down service provided at lunch. Our room balcony faced the ocean, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the harbour and the landscape. Great experience!"
