"The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. The food was good and the presentation is impeccable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others."

"Not possible to decrease room temperature to under 20’C so too warm. Only 2 small towel racks in bathroom so couldn’t dry bath towels. See through window between bathroom and bedroom not opaque enough so little privacy. Loved decor in lobby, and self laundromat "

"Super nice property overlooking the river from Osaka. Definitely a bit further away from Dotombori and all of the other Osaka attractions but we wanted to stay a bit further out from the touristy area. It was a 10 minute walk from the station and we used that to go around Osaka for the day before heading back to Tokyo. Overall, good experience!"
