"Friendly staff and spacious bathrooms "

"The rooms were so small. The elevators were so slow. The check in process was very disorganized. The central air conditioning was not useful as the rooms got really hot and there was no air conditioning to cool down the rooms. The laundry facilities were inefficient. The dryer did not completely dry the clothes. We would not be coming back to that hotel. "

"Location is great but rooms are too small. You literally have to do the sideways shuffle to get around your standard room meant for two in this hotel. I stayed alone so was able to shuffle around but my two sisters, who were meant to share a room, couldn’t because there was no please for two people to stand, let alone have their luggage. They had to pay more for an upgraded room."

"We can use limousine bus from KIX Airport to OCAT Numba 1,300¥ and then call taxi to Nikko Hotel Osaka about 1,800¥. The location is very good. Staff very good. If I go to Osaka in the future, i have to stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was very friendly and kindly let us into breakfast a bit early since we had an early flight, which we truly appreciated. While I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel, the location in Plaza is very convenient, and the on-site onsen is a wonderful touch. For a short stay of a couple of nights, it’s a practical and comfortable choice. However, if you prefer larger rooms and a more spacious, American-style hotel experience, you may want to explore other options."
