"There was about a 7 inch step to climb into the bathroom. We did not have a tape measure, but you could stack two rolls of toilet paper on each other. It was the weirdest design. The toilet was in one room and the sink was in a different room across a gap with the same 7 inch step. The location was very good and the staff were very helpful. "Prime location; right in the heart of Dotonbori! Easy access to many restaurants, street food, and shopping. Stayed here during first week of April, from afternoon until late evening the area was packed with tourists. Minutes away from metro stations. The triple room was comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). Great amenities like laundry facility, bathroom amenities, and compliment coffee/tea. Staff was friendly. Our room was ready right at check-in time. Reasonable wifi. Clean room and rather quiet."
