"We were picked up at the airport exactly as described. The porter escorted us to the 11th floor reception and everyone was very helpful. In fact the porter walked us to the ferry office to get our tickets for the next day. This was early above and beyond customer service. We ate at the restaurant and the food was OK and prices reasonable. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the view of the harbor. While Dar es Salaam is working hard to improve the city, it has...

"This was my second time at this facility. A mid-week stay was mostly quiet and the staff is great. But the rooms are getting a little dated and 2 1/2 days of no wifi was a big challenge. If my home plan did not have unlited data, I would have had a very difficult time traveling."
