"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"Hotel location is excellent. 5 minute walk from the Train Station (ignore Google Maps!!). Staff were first class and very welcoming. Hotel is excellent throughout. Breakfast was top class, so much choice and excellent quality. My only gripe was the prices of the drinks at the bar (which is common in hotels). £24 for 2 cocktails and £8 a pint. Would definitely come back again."

The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good.
