"Very nice property however personalization needs to be picked up as when the hotel is busy they don’t know what they’re doing, and also at the breakfast lounge a woman waitier sighed agresivly which was very rude and unprofessional."

"The staff was amazing- excellent customer service. From front desk, to spa, to house keeping, to waiters, to porters- wonderful interactions. Breakfast was great- loved the omelettes. It was clear that pastries were a day or two old at times and butter tasted like fridge once. That is ok. The view from the breakfast room looked wonderful but it’s really just of the soccer stadium (see photo attached). Unfortunately the room description was very misleading. Our view was a sliver of the Bosphorus....

"The hotel was in a great location to explore. However we booked the hotel predominately because it had an outdoor pool. We were very disappointed to learn it was only open in warmer temperatures. Even though it was over 20c. We spoke to the deputy manager who pointed out that was the case. We could not find any warning of this on the hotel or expedia website. Very disappointing. "
