"This is my fourth time at this resort. I always stay a week, and I’m never disappointed from the moment you step off the airplane to the moment you’re back on the mainland, the staff are just amazing. I have been here multiple times before and after COVID and regardless of the situations or what is going on around the world, the service remains the same. The staff are some of the best people I’ve ever met and are genuinely loving and wanting to help you. I can’t wait to come back! "Room did not overlook the beach. This is not a beachfront hotel as stated and it should not be consider a 5 star hotel. Right outside the hotel lots of trash and areas under construction. Not a luxury area as stated. The only nice amenities were gym and pool . Not vibe, silent and quiet. Breakfast was average. Basic. Staff was kind and friendly, but not as a 5 start luxury hotel experience. Very disappointed. "

"Relaxing tropical garden setting. Quiet and tranquil villa with private plunge pool overlooking garden with ponds, and large bathtub in a very spacious bathroom. Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores."

"We had a great experience staying at The Nature in Phuket. For a portion of our stay we stayed in the Deluxe Room and for the other portion we stayed in the Deluxe Pool Access Room. Both rooms were almost identical apart from how close you were to the pools. We also noticed that in the Pool Access Room that rather than there being 2 beds being squished together it was one big bed. Location was pretty decent you are about 8 - 10 minutes out from the Jungeylcon shopping centre. It cost about 200Baht if catching a standard grab otherwise there is a free shuttle. In terms of the hotel there is a lot of steps but there is golf carts they can transport you in and lots of ramps in places for wheelchair uses/prams. The pools were nice as well. There are 2 pools that had bars. Happy hour is great and so are the staff. The restaurants and buffets are also really nice. I would recommend checking out Neon the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has a beautiful view of the city. Overall it was a really nice stay. Also beach towels are provided with beach bag in your room which is a massive plus!"
