"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! "Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside...

"I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...
