They even charge for a pack of tea—something most five star hotels do for free. The only downside is of course they don’t let guests to stay an extra hour or two by saying very politely that there is another guest is arriving in the same room. This is totally business decision that simply doesn’t want to make it a practice. We all travel and we all know that there is no room assigned for any guest before they arrive the property. So it’s simply a lie that they got used and repeat everyday to every guest who try to...

"The attention from the staff was excellent. Especially Niko He provided his personal cell number. He was available round the clock. A defective power converter tripped breakers in our unit at midnight and he came right over from his home to fix it. His recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. Room was very clean and spacious Awesome views of the islands and sunset."

"Not a 5* hotel. The Antooerla is a well maintained hotel and the room (king suite) we stayed in was good, however there are a several elements that do need attention to make it a 5* hotel. The ‘cooked’ breakfast was cold every morning and we were often first guests down. The Antoperla is worth a trip to but do not expect 5* if that’s what you are used to. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "
