"The hotel had a quirky and pleasant vibe. Despite not fitting in with the trendy crowd that seemed to frequent the place, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel decor predominantly consisted of black shades, which lent a unique look to the place. However, the dark-colored lifts could be a bit intimidating for anyone with a fear of them. "The place feels very luxe when you walk in however, is very dark in pockets, which is quite uncomfortable. The room is as described in the website, but very big. The shower doesn't have a door which means noone else can use the toilet while someone else is there. The toilet paper was cheap, only single ply, not in step with the rest of the experience the hotel is trying to create. The pool was nice but definitely not designed for families.
