"The hotel rates they charged us were not reflective of the rates on their website. We arrived at 3:00 PM and our room was not ready. It was not available until 5:20, and the staff refused to give us a discount for the hours we didn’t get to use the room. They automatically attached breakfast to our stay, even though we didn’t ask or really want it. The facilities were lackluster at best, with the toilet seat sliding off every time we sat on them and the view being of a Walmart parking lot. "

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. Aun así las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas."

"El lugar lo hemos visitado de vez en cuando desde hace años, el personal una chulada siempre, solo las instalaciones algo maltratadas, y la alberca no estaba limpia y no fue un problema para mí porque yo voy más que nada para estar cerca del mar, pero para mis hermanos más chicos querían estar en la alberca y tenía algo de suciedad en las orillas, el agua se veía sucia. "The mattress was torn from under, the restroom and shower were dirty and had not been washed. My sister has to buy Clorox to wash it. The towels were old and we had to buy some. The bed sheets were also old and were not changed. It was relatively close to the main plaza, but the property was dirty and not well maintained. Not recommended. "
