The staff did a great job keeping the food stations refilled. It made mornings really convenient and enjoyable. Also, the bed comfort was a great.– clean, and very cozy. It made for a restful sleep every night, which really added to the overall experience. Between the great breakfast and the comfortable bed, I couldn’t have asked for a better start and end to my days. Highly recommended! "

"This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped. As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. A great sleep for all, and a lovely shower in the morning. Would choose this hotel if I needed to stay in the city overnight again. "

"The room is totally updated and huge. We had to use an oscillating fan to sleep because these old, historic hotels don’t have the infrastructure for air handling and the duvet/no separate top sheet made it warm. Gorgeous room. "

"This is a really nice hotel - very well-laid out with good parking and access. Within the lobby area are various games and activities which help to occupy younger guests. The staff are very friendly and supportive and overall the atmosphere is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very tidy. We had an issue with disturbance from another guest’s room which, once flagged, was fairly dealt with by the hotel team. We make periodic trips to Aberdeen and will continue to visit this hotel when doing so. "
