โVery friendly staff. I had the opportunity to order an evening meal (Sunday) which was excellent. Breakfast was included which again was excellent. Help yourself to cereal, fruit juice and DIY toast. I ordered the vegan hot breakfast which was brought to me on a plate, everything was hot and cooked to my liking. โQuirkily excellent. On arrival it is not obviously a hotel since it says it is a retreat for ex services. But they do operate as an hotel, so that is the first step. Then you find it to be full of memorabilia for all branches of the service, good breakfast though not till 8am, no evening meals, but short walks bring you to good food.โ
โAll excellent but for lift closing at 10, I have walking difficulties so it could have been an issue, it should be on the website for others to see as they only have one disabled room on the ground floorโ
โFantastic stay in the Hatfield Lodge Room 2 was great, spacious, quiet, clean. The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again. โ

Having and iron and board in room excellent also fan brilliant for myself .
A lovely last minute stay in a position with beautiful views and convenient position for our evening out . โ
โAbsolutely lovely place, Very modern styling, Comfy bedding, Big shower and all round very nice, Unfortunately though, When it came to the bathroom, We found the toliet seat wasn't even bolted on properly in Room 1, It kepts sliding bout when lifting the seat. Was little annoying, and the only other thing that would make it Absolutely the best is a mini fridge to be able to keep food and drinks cold. Other than that, It was absolutely lovely 8.5/10โ
โVery friendly staff and very comfortable, spacious room. Going back again for business and also because I love F1 racing and Aston Martin memorabilia is excellent. โ
