"I travel to the Boston area about once every six weeks and, as a former South Shore resident, enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and safe, with a nice (and free) breakfast buffet. The front-desk staff in particular are professional and friendly, and greet me by name. I also appreciate the free parking, easy access to the highway, and proximity of several good restaurants. "

"The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room. The pool is more so to exercise rather than to relax. There are no loungers to put your feet up and the pool water is very cold. Wish there was a jacuzzi but seems to be a rare amenity to find in Boston. "

"I made the mistake of checking into the Hyatt in Braintree,Ma and decided to go check into the Residence Inn by Marriott which was practically next door to the Hyatt. The Residence Inn by Marriott had a great selection of breakfast options,so much to choose from including either chocolate or regular Belgian waffles that you can make using one of the three waffle makers available. The room was clean and had a full size refrigerator,stove top,microwave, glassware,plates and silverware. There was also a little area that you can purchase snacks,beverages and even a couple of choices of frozen dinners to choose from. I will definitely be checking in here again the next time that I travel to Massachusetts . "
