“Rooms very clean. Common areas not so much. Weekend we were there a lot of teenagers so that might have added to the common areas being dirty”

“The stay was very nice, but multiple times the staff seemed to be complaining about being short staffed. Also our air conditioning unit never got below 78, we did report this to the front desk. ”

Had one mishap with our pull out sofa being left dirty from prior guests...called to the front desk and was told there was only one person working that night and that I could come get clean linens. Problem was rectified I suppose but considering there were someone's fake nails in the bed...expected a little more. ”

“Parking was accessible but some people were sitting in their car next to mine smoking weed and I inquired with staff about it and they said it was workers from the Hardees next door and they did that all the time but it was ok. AC worked great. Room was ok. Bathroom door was scarred up. I asked about the possibility of getting extra pillows because all they had was two little hotel pillows on each bed, but was told that there were NO OTHER PILLOWS IN ENTIRE HOTEL. Saw German roach crawling down...

“several wall switches non-operational; some of the furnishings could have been cleaned better; bath ceiling fan very loud; make sure your room faces the back parking as the traffic noise from Rt85 (which is immediately in front of the of the building) in front is significant all night. Otherwise, all was as expected for this class motel: clean overall, check-in quick, furnishings thruout very basic but getting old, very basic breakfast, general location is convenient. Overall, for the price I...

“Great place to stay!”

“Pam at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She referred to the housekeeping staff as “my girls” which let me know this property and their staff operate as a TEAM and I love that. The man working night shift with the Locs (I did not catch his name) was very friendly as well. The only drawback was the bathroom , it was very small in the unit we had and the water was pooling (not draining fast ) in the bathtub . This property is in a great area, in proximity to the mall. ”

“Smoke odors is terrible through out the entire building, smoking area is about 10ft away from main entrance.”

“Not at all as pictured. These are clearly not of this property. They couldn’t give us extra pillows. The phone was inoperable. The faucet handle was broken. No privacy between bathroom and the rest of the room. When informed of issues the response was “okay” without even a note being taken. They charged $100 to my card without an explanation. The cops arrived to get a “tenant” out that wasn’t paying. Divided into two buildings completely separate from main entrance. We felt unsafe. ”
