The location is excellent—close to historic sites, the souks, and the main square—yet once inside it feels calm and secluded, with quiet corners that make it easy to relax. The property offers a piano bar, billiard room, multiple on-site restaurants, a rooftop bar with private seating areas, a welcoming spa, and a relaxed, unpretentious breakfast buffet. The staff are thoughtful, friendly, and have a great sense of humor, making you feel genuinely welcome. While it may not feel as overly polished as some luxury hotels, the beautiful architecture and comfortable atmosphere give it a warm, lived-in charm that makes it easy to feel at home."

"I’m so glad I stayed at this wonderful hotel. It’s location is perfect for exploring the souks and Jamma al Fnaa square. The amenities and staff couldn’t be any better. The Riad (a house transformed into a hotel) has a wonderful vibe about it. It has old world charm with modern amenities. There is nightly live music from 8pm until 11pm. I loved the Jazz and Latin nights. The rooftop restaurant “The Pergola” was excellent. The tagine and backshish kebabs were some of my favorite dishes. The Casablanca beer was cold and had a clean crisp taste. The staff were phenomenal. Personable, efficient and very helpful. They felt more like friends than employees. They all spoke English but French and Arabic as well. From my first experience with Soufian at the front desk to the cooks and wait staff and even the staff cleaning the rooms, they all went above and beyond to make it feel like home away from home. I can’t wait to return! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Marrakech!"

"Stayed for 3 nights B & B. Twin room clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast. Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening. Nice atmosphere. with good service, food and wine. Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend. Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use."

"Rooms are very specious, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, charge free bottles of water provided every day.Very pleasant outside sitting option with exceptional service and pool view. The staff went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration unforgettable .The room was decorated nicely, freshly baked cakes by chef and more…..I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech.
