"From the moment we were greeted upon arrival by Mohammed on reception we knew we had come to the right place. Hotel Timoulay really set the atmosphere for our stay in Agadir. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and pay very close attention to detail, always one step ahead of what the customer needs and willing to assist and make your stay more comfortable, but never pushy. Mohammed was fantastic and went out of his way to make us feel at home. We also loved the security guard Khalid who was always cheerful, courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless and our room thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels. The pool is wonderful and very relaxing, breakfast is varied and included European and Moroccan specialities. The spa downstairs was also great: we treated ourselves to hammam and massage and trained in the small gym on a couple of days. As we were on the top floor, the WIFI wasn't available but 5G reception is excellent. The rooftop bar next door does go on until late so do bring earplugs if you want an early night. The hotel is a 10min walk from the beach where there are lots of restaurants and a couple of convenience stores if you need to buy snacks of water. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back ! "

"Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out. "

"A bit of a hidden gem, as I went with reasonably low expectations as the price was excellent. First impressions are a bit deceptive, as parts of the building look dates and a little worse for wear - but don't judge this book by its cover. The room was excellent, the bed very comfy and spacious, the food was a highlight and I also appreciated how the mealtimes were so generous, allowing those with early starts for tours to comfortably enjoy breakfast, or returning late from a half day tour was also still possible to enjoy lunch until 2:30. Excellent staff, lots of variety of dishes with tonnes of vegetarian and gluten-free options. WiFi was stable and strong, and location was lovely. Highly recommended!"
