โThe owner Paula picked us at the airport which was a nice service. Room was ready when we get in. Breakfast included. Staff are accessible by WhatsApp and were very responsive. Helped us get a taxi to places. It is also good to book private tours via the hotel. More enjoyable.

โAmazing place is owned by local friendly family. 5 minutes walk to best sunset spot on the island. Good restaurants nearby. Place is nice and clean. Full kitchen so you can cook if you want.
There is no A/C in the room (but at the night it's pretty chill), and no breakfast/dining option on the property (in case you expect it).โ

One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English).

Our pre-booked tour cancelled on us the morning we arrived, the Tauraโa staff organized a full day highlights tour before we finished our breakfast, and we had an amazing time! Totally saved our trip. โ
โThere is nothing NOT to like about this property. Excellent in every way. We did have a problem at the restaurant, but the way it was handled was above and beyond expectations. Nothing is without problems. But how they are handled is the true test of hospitality. Five stars. โ
