“There were used towels hanging in the shower and clothes area. I was unable to connect to YouTube TV. It’s an old facility and was as clean as it could be. I appreciated the light being on when I arrived, and the toiletries and coffee that were provided. The self check in worked well. ”

“Very clean, good bed and nice sitting area in the adjoining room Bath towels very thick snd soft. (Towels were replaced each day). I would stay there again! ”

“I “reserved” a room via Expedia and 30 minutes later I tried to cancel and the hotel denied my request and billed me $160+! That’s some shady business dealings. Shame shame shame. Never chose The Ridge. ”

“My reservation included complimentary breakfast, which I specifically paid extra for; however, the hotel still attempted to charge me, so we ended up going elsewhere. I also inquired about switching to a room with two queen beds and was told none were available, but I was offered what was described as an “ideal rate” for another room for two nights. While we were at breakfast, I received a call from the hotel stating they had charged an additional $600 for one night, and the desk representative...

“Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

“Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.”

“The room and building were dingy and felt unclean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the thermostat was wonky, the sofa was old and grubby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. ”

“Parking was great, the room was okay but could've been better. The mattress was broken down, felt as if we were sleeping purely on springs with flattened yellow pillows. The room overall was a 3/5 for cleanliness. The check in staff was "okay" but the house keeping staff was very rude. Staff friendliness is 2/5 at best. Parking was 5/5 Handicapable set hoops were 4/5. ”
