The annex where I was staying was clean and had a comfortable bed, a fridge and some supplies. The bathroom (in the Trullo) was big but smelt musty at tines even though I kept the windows and door open. There was no hot water on my last day. Small coffee shop around the corner but no other shops/restaurants in the immediate vicinity (if that matters to you).
