"The hotel is lovely, a little outside of Evora ($10 Uber each way, taxi even more), but the grounds are beautiful and their renovation of a convent into a hotel was well done; but some rooms are 300 steps from the center of the hotel. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing. Our car and driver didn't show to drive us to Porto and the Concierge leapt into service, getting us another driver with a large car to carry 4 people with luggage very comfortably at a slightly lower price than we would have spent."

"Checking in was the most confusing process I've ever encountered. They still have last year's check in instructions up, which are no longer valid. It was a nightmare finding the front desk. The apartment was clean and okay. The kitchen is not equipped to make a proper meal. Washing machine doesn't work. Sadly we were very disappointed."
