“The room was clean. Staff were nice! Kitchen was very useful. And it's very close to the shops in the city”

“Unreliable, rude, unhelpful staff and shortage of towels. One staff said I can keep my luggage on the messages but that day there is no one who keeps my luggage. I called the phone. Another staff takes the phone, they can't keep the luggage and yelled at me that who is it( about keeping luggage). There are so many stories but it is too long story. Shortly l, they confused their policy and yelled at me but never apologizeed it. Lastly, I'm not a good English speaker. When I didn't undersatnd...

“Apartments were the perfect location, right on the main street and close access to everything. The hosts were excellent and sent really quick replies to any questions we had. The apartment itself had everything you could need - washing machine came in handy for wet clothes! Would highly recommend.”

“We stayed in the top apartment with private hot tub. The hot tub was lovely and warm. It was nice and warm in the apartment with under floor heating and very clean. Had everything you'd need and the coffee machine and pods were a nice touch. Nice big tv and very modern. Had a washer and dryer too, which would have been handy to know before I came (Could have packed less and washed stuff there, save us bringing so many bags!) It was in a good place close to the centre with a supermarket right...
