Loved the help from the person in the front desk he only had single bed rooms so he offered a better room with a couch my kids could sleep on with some beautiful views
Everything was good, except there was squicky noise from the 2 panel door in the hallway where you enter from the elevator area to the rooms hall. It was making noise every time someone enter the hallway, It woke us up every times. Also there was a bad smell coming from shower area, probably from sewer, you could smell when you take shower.

No microwave an enemy refrigerator was not working properly and then everything was okay
Came to cover Phantoms playoff game. Stayed over at the hotel (couldn't possibly be more convenient) for the first time. I will stay here again a time or two next season.
Stayed here to visit Muhlenberg College. Hotel is downtown close to school. Garage is hard to find. Hotel validates so cost is less but thereโs still a charge. Long walk from garage to hotel though all Indoors. Hotel room has a very thin counter for a desk which was not comfortable for my husband and teen who were both trying g to do work. Nor was there a good desk lamp. The front desk suggested they try the library but it was overlooking the lobby so not really quiet and no desk height tables just coffee tables. My husband ended up using a table in the lounge leading into the restaurant to do work but there was loud elevator music playing overhead and people in and out of the restaurant constantly. Not really ideal. Didnโt love the barn door on The bathroom.

This was an average hotel with a premium price. The parking for the hotel was ridiculous...they should let guests know that parking in the lot requires a less than convenient walk to the hotel. Additionally, the bed was like sleeping on a stone...so hard. The hotel itself is nice enough, but for the price point, I expected much more.
I had booked a king room but was given a 2 queen bed room without asking if that was ok. A king room was made available and we took it but it would have been nicer if we were made aware or this or offered the change without feeling like it was forced on us.
After figuring out the elevators all was great. Cleanest hotel room we have ever been in. Friendly staff. Dining options after the show we attended were limited and crowded in the area around the PPL Center. Overall a great stay.
The room was really great as was the hotel. The restaurant seemed quite lonely as maybe it was the off season. And like any hotels where there aren't many people at the restaurant, the service, while nice, was slow. I ordered an omelette that took forever. And also, not only was there no room service, no one answered the phone. But the rooms themselves and the hotel are really nice.
The room was fine itself and convenient since we were going to an event at PPL Center. You can enter PPL center from inside the hotel which was nice. Room thermostat panel had no info on the screen and no way to adjust temperature/fan. Shower in the morning would be a trickle or just stop completely (I know due to everyone showering at once). TV remote needed new batteries and didn't work. Overall it was fine, the restaurant food was delicious.
The hotel room was very spacious and updated. The hotel is in a convenient location. I would definately stay again. The only issues we had were with the valet location and service in the restaurant. The valet is on the street and at one point when we returned there was an event in the arena. There was no space to attempt to return the car to the valet and we had to drive in circles for a while until space was available. In addition, we ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it took over 30 minutes (almost 45 minutes) to receive our food. There were only 3 parties in the restaurant at the time, it was not busy at all and we only ordered simple breakfast food.
