"Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit. "

"I loved this hotel. It's very much off the beaten path, but if solitude and beautiful scenery is what you're looking for, it's perfect. The hiking in the area is terrific and there is a fabulous swimming lake within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced. I will definitely be back!"

"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"The bartenders and servers are the most amazing pleasant people at hotel. I can’t say the same to the check in front desk . I payed one night before check Out, but when I dropped the key next morning she keep saying was not pay yet, very embarrassed for us until she check to another computer and say: oh ok . I can see now . Very embarrassed for us in front to another guest . The dinner first 2 nights was great . Last 2 nights, Thursday and Friday was very disappointed for us and next tables . "
