"Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent service provided by the breakfast staff, in particular. The hotel reception area is very clean and welcoming, as was our booked room. Also impressed with the scented aroma around the hotel corridors which made the building feel clean and fresh. Brilliant location and lovely surroundings. Our only disappointment was the unexpected overnight parking charge. Will stay at the hotel again. "
