"The guy at reception was brilliant, but When entering the room the sink in the bathroom was filthy also it was very noisy and stains on the bedding, food was good wouldn’t stay here again"
"Stayed for 2 nights, we were out from 6am to 8pm for the day on our return room hadn’t been cleaned. Rang reception and they brought clean towels. Really disappointed. Bed sheets were stained and not the standard I would expect for a Malmaison. Also rooms are tired and a bit grubby, bathroom needs refurbished, leaking sink tap, water just ran onto floor. However, location is fab but there are better hotels nearby."
"The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was not clean at all. The bed and sheets were dirty, and the floor was clearly not cleaned properly. There were no basic amenities in the room not even simple hotel slippers, tissues, or a small bottle of water.
I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for one night."
"The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and functional, but the property is a huge maze and not easy to find your way around. The "high tub/shower" amenities are not the safest to use."
