"I want to sincerely thank the team at Hotel Glendale for making my stay feel so special during a really transitional time in my life. Kae from the Front Desk Guest Relations team and Bri from Housekeeping Team have both shown such genuine kindness and care. The way they carry themselves and the warmth they share truly makes a difference—it’s the kind of hospitality that makes someone feel seen and welcomed, not just like another guest passing through. For me, the value of a hotel stay has never been about price or luxury, but about the feeling a place gives you. Hotel Glendale has a warmth and comfort that’s hard to describe but easy to feel. While I’ve briefly explored a few other hotel properties during this time after experiencing a house fire and searching for my next home, it’s made me realize how special this place really is. Even being at a beachfront property on a high floor right now, I still find myself thinking about the cleanliness, care, and heart that exists at Hotel Glendale. The thoughtful details around the hotel,the vending machines on each floor, the fresh H₂O station, and the latte machines, are small touches that make the experience even more comforting. "All around like shops, restaurants"

"After staying at an older motel, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The room was super clean, I loved the electric kettle, and the staff were professional. The price was also fair! Would stay here again!"

"This 102-year-old hotel has the ambiance of old Hollywood glamor with its art deco design and furnishings. The room was very clean, and the location couldn't be better for exploring Glendale's vibrant eateries and shopping."

"The property itself is beautiful, the colors of the building as a whole are a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were very polite and professional. The room at first glance was nice, loved the table for 2. The space was very inviting. However, noticed the shower tiles were cracking and looked as if there was mold starting to from. All of those are small things that I can look past. Older building in downtown Glendale/LA county to be expected cracks and possible mold. Just needs updating GOT IT... However, the thing that is hard to look past is the Mouse poop found UNDER the covers. Didn't notice the first night got in late just passed out on top of the bed but second night pulled back the covers and ew. That is something that definitely needs PRIORITY #1. I hate to be that reviewer, but the line gets drawn at POOP on the bed."
